SM has free courses at north, south end of town: "If you like the outdoors and golf, then disc golf might be the sport for you — and it’s free.
The family sport is easy to learn and played much like traditional golf, but instead of using golf balls and clubs, players throw a flying disc or Frisbee from a cement tee area to the target. The most common targets are elevated metal baskets on a pole, also called a pole hole."
