PDGA officially has 3,000 Disc Golf Courses Registered

It doesn't seem like a lot of courses. Unless you realize that the first official course was built only 35 years ago. It took 450 years from the first to the 3,000 ball golf course. In comparison disc golf is growing much faster. Ball golf now has over 31,000 courses world wide. I'm not saying that disc golf will reach that point, but it's growing quickly in the right direction.
