Turkey Hill Park Disc Golf course set to open - Southern Maryland News: "The Charles County Parks Division invites the public to the grand opening of the Turkey Hill Park Disc Golf Course on Saturday, April 26 at 10 a.m.  The Southern Maryland Disc Golf Club (SMDGC) is co-sponsoring the event, which is open to all ages. This 18-hole course will officially be opened to the public on this date ¾ be the first to play this exciting new facility!"

Parks & Rec hears disc golf proposal : Martinez News-Gazette: "MARTINEZ, Calif. – A local disc golf club made a presentation at the Park, Recreation, Marina and Cultural Commission (PRMCC) meeting Tuesday night.

The club is proposing to install a disc golf course at Hidden Lakes Park. The Park Subcommittee has had meetings with the club and will have another before a final recommendation is made to the PRMCC as a whole."
