First some results from this past weekend.
Congratulations go out to Nikko Lacastro for
his 6 shot victory in the Kentucky State Championship
tournament held in Elizabethtown Kentucky, and
congrats also to Cale Leiviska for his 3 shot victory
in the Minnesota Spring Open played in Hastings Minnesota.

Disc golf competition kicks off in Thornton

THORNTON - The Thornton Open, the first stop on the 2010 North Iowa Tour, was held at Prairie Disc Golf Course on March 27. The field featured 32 disc-golfers from Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Jared Pittman shot an 86 to win the Open/Pro men's division, Kurt Conrad shot a 94 to win the Advanced Men's division, Chris Gorman shot a 102 to lead the Intermediate Men's division, and Ashli Phillips led the Women's division with a 219.
Chris Claring and Pittman won closest-to-pin prizes.
