Texas State Championships Recap | Simo Lizotte's blog | Team Discmania: "To begin this blog with I want to start off by thanking everyone who sent me good luck and supportive messages throughout this tournament. I really appreciate and enjoy reading personal messages and I try to reply to all of them whenever possible. Keep up the great support and I will keep on getting birdies out there :)
Another PDGA National Tour event in the books for my US tour 2014! I’m slowly but surely getting use to tournaments stacked with amazing players and I feel more comfortable on the course about my game. There is not much to say about my game this weekend other than I played solid Disc Golf every round. Round 1 was super windy and the exact opposite wind than the two practice days I’ve had. My goal was to stay in the lines which was not really an achievable goal since the wind made some shots more or less unpredictable. But I got through the round quite well thanks to my putting game which was on pretty much every round."

Improving Disc golf approach and midrange shots will significantly lower your scores
Improving Disc golf approach and midrange shots will significantly lower your scores: "Not everyone will agree, but if you want to lower your scores, the approach shots are the most important shots in disc golf. The best way to take strokes off off of your game, is to improve your putting and approach shots. As in ball golf, they don't get the focus that the drive does, everyone loves to throw a drive 500 feet, and 50 foot putts are always exciting."

How To Buy A Disc Golf Bag
How To Buy A Disc Golf Bag: "Other than the discs that you use, the most important part of your disc golf equipment is your bag. It's where you put your disc, and all the other things that you need to play disc golf. There are many many choices of a disc golf bag that you can buy now. They vary from small low price bags that will carry just the basics, all the way up to big bags you can carry 20 discs and lots of accessories. There are a few backpack disc golf bags. Some guys even use carts to carry their bag. I won't get into carts in this article. This is about the bag."

Stolen Grip Bag and Disc's - Albuquerque - Disc Golf Course Review
Stolen Grip Bag and Disc's - Albuquerque - Disc Golf Course Review: "Word of advice, check local pawn shops in the nearby area, talk to players around the courses in your area (if you haven't done so already), and if you have pictures keep em handy. That really sucks about what happened and hopefully you can get at least some of your stuff back"
