Davis County could get its first disc golf course: "WOODS CROSS – City leaders are entertaining the idea of allowing a local park to be the site of the first disc golf course in Davis County.
A group of three men made a 45-minute pitch to members of the city council Tuesday to consider placement of the first disc golf course in Davis County at Mills Park, at approximately 1850 South and 1200 West. They outlined three scenarios where costs for equipment for the course would range from $11,000 to $13,000. The labor costs to set up the course would be minimal, they claimed"

Where do you see disc golf in 5 years? - Page 10 - Disc Golf Course Review: "I'm 52 and never knew this was a serious sport, didnt even know anyone played it, and I'm a very active outdoorsy person. When I would drive by a discgolf park , never really seen anyone on it and I use to be a very serious ball golfer in the 90's.so, I would think that the sport of disc golfing would have come up in a conversation, but it never did."
