Pocket : BBQ, disc golf tournament Aug 23 to help local firefighting family: "A Benefit BBQ and Disc Golf Tournament will be held at 6:30 p.m. Friday, August 23 at Harry Myers Park in Rockwall, to help offset medical expenses for Sara and Matt Dennehy of Kaufman.
Sara is the 28-year-old wife of DeSoto firefighter/paramedic Matt Dennehy of Kaufman. The new mom recently underwent brain surgery for a cancerous tumor, and is undergoing radiation and chemotherapy at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston."
