2014 Am Worlds - Let's Do This! | Professional Disc Golf Association

2014 Am Worlds - Let's Do This! | Professional Disc Golf Association: "On Tuesday July 21, 2014 at 8:00am CDT the first discs will be thrown to start off one of the largest events in disc golf, the 2014 PDGA Amateur & Junior Disc Golf World Championships . The Minneapolis/St. Paul area is hosting the event this year with 620+ competitors in 14 different divisions playing on eight courses spread out over a period of five days. Whether you’re a player, a staff member, or a volunteer, your effort for the remainder of the week should be applauded. As a competitor, the amount of mental and physical endurance it takes to finish at the top of your division is unmatched by any other amateur event all year. As a staff member, the amount of work leading up to this event is mind-boggling, and it will only get more stressful and exhausting as the week goes on. When it's all said and done, it will all be worth it. This is Am Worlds baby!"

Midrange Discs - Disc Golf Course Review

Midrange Discs - Disc Golf Course Review: "How many true midrange discs do you carry or do you like to upshot with putters and power down on drivers and fairway drivers. The only true mid I carry is a buzzz, should I think about carrying others. Am I missing out by not having other slow speed discs in my bag."

Megadisc complex- Cambridge, MN - Disc Golf Course Review

Megadisc complex- Cambridge, MN - Disc Golf Course Review: "Disc Golf is growing in Minnesota, just as in the rest of the country and the world. This means more courses, more players, more tournaments and more fun!

Pay to Play courses are the future of disc golf and are already appearing around the country. Crowd funding is the ideal platform to realize a multi-course disc golf complex within 1 hour of the twin cities."

Vibram Presents the 2014 Maple Hill Open | Professional Disc Golf Association

Vibram Presents the 2014 Maple Hill Open | Professional Disc Golf Association: "In the world of disc golf, there are some events that don’t need much of an introduction. Formerly known as the Vibram Open, the Maple Hill Open presented by Vibram (MHO) is certainly one of the elite few tournaments that fall into this category. It’s referred to by many pros as the best event on tour, and with good reasons. It takes place on one of the most beautiful and difficult private courses in the country, the payout is massive, and the competition is fierce to say the least. It’s also stop number five of eight on the 2014 PDGA National Tour Elite Series."
