Disc golf preview: Eric C. Yetter Champions Cup - Yahoo! Sports: In a little over two weeks, the Eric C. Yetter Champions Cup will be held in Newtown, Pa. This will be one of the biggest events in disc golf over the next several weeks and there are currently 100 PDGA members registered for the competition

Disc golf course eyed for Beattie Park: The idea for a “disc golf” course has been on the project wish list of the Lompoc Parks and Recreation Department for over 20 years. However, it took the determination of 26-year-old Cal Poly industrial engineering student Nicholas Schmidt to make the project possible.
