Myths of Disc Golf: "April brought a quick resurgence of winter conditions to Colorado and I made haste to the mountains to recharge the batteries and sit on some chair lifts with my friend Steve. Steve's a great photographer and my mountain biking buddy and I've been hard selling him on disc golf since I started last summer. Carroll Broadcasting - Carroll To Move Disc Golf Course To Rolling Hills Park: "Carroll, Iowa -- The addition of the skate park and the new tennis courts in Graham Park reduced the number of holes on the disc golf course by 3.  Carroll Park and Recreation Director Jack Wardell says they began reviewing other city parks last year to see if there was room to move it.  They found a location in Rolling Hills Park."

Tech disc golf team makes top division at NCDG championships | Lubbock Online | Lubbock Avalanche-Journal: "Texas Tech qualified for the top division at the National Collegiate Disc Golf Championships in North Augusta, S.C. on Thursday, placing them in the top-50 in the nation.

The Tech club team made the semifinals and finished tied for 39th overall at the championships with a combined scored of 3-over par "

I had just started playing tournaments and Sarah was one of the first “really good” female players I had ever seen. She was a regular at tournaments all over the Midwest and though I didn’t know her personally, I knew OF her. Her wicked sidearm was a common topic of conversation on many of the cards I played on. Mostly because she could throw farther side arm than most of us could throw backhand."
